She is survived by: her parents, Willie Mae James and Donald Lassiter; her goddaughter Tenaja Morales; her siblings, Tanya Williams (Donnie), Tameka Lassiter-Taylor, Latricia Denise Lassiter and Donald Lassiter Jr.; her nephews, Jayden and Donnie Williams Jr.; and her aunts and uncles, Patricia James, Carolyn James, Emma James, Connie James, Jerry James, Michael James, Morris James and Rodney James. She is also survived by cousins other relatives and friends.
