He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adam Kulig and Wiktoria Kulig (Szczech); his children, Krystyna (Marek Dziadosz), Elzbieta (Jan Kata) and Grazyna (Henryk Klecha); his wife Stefania; his son Tadeusz; and his sister Franciszka Marut. He was also cherished by his eight grandchildren, his five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
