It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard John Surdyka (Passaic, New Jersey), who passed away on July 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marie (Dougherty); his stepson Scott DuBrow (Lisa) of Cedar Grove; his brother Peter Surdyka of Passaic; and his parents, Peter Surdyka and Anne Surdyka.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the New Jersey Firemen's Home http://www.njfh.org in Richard's memory would be greatly appreciated.
