She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Rzepecki; and her siblings, Lucy McAlevey and Walter Buczek. She is survived by: her son John T. Rzepecki of Passaic; and her brothers, Ted and Stanley Buczek.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the DePaul Catholic High School-Brian Buczek Scholarship Fund, 1512 Alps Rd., Wayne, NJ 07470, in memory of Phyllis, would be greatly appreciated.
