He is survived by: his brother Larry D. Briggs of Hamlet, NC; and his aunts, Ada Campbell of Hampton, VA, Mary Briggs of Paterson, NJ and Cindy Briggs of Maxton, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
