He is survived by: his children, Judith Gergats of Passaic, Michael Gergats, Jr. (Judy) of Clifton and Richard Gergats (Krystyna) of Clifton; his sister Patricia Armburst; and his brother-in-law Christopher Feola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
