He is survived by: his daughters, Yanet Almanzar, Manuela Hernandez, Riosmalin Hernandez Roa, Marleny Hernandez and Marjeory Hernandez; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Ryan Rodriguez, Ethan Alvarez Hernandez, Luci, Lucero, Lucianni and Luzanni Perez Hernandez; and his great grandchild Wili Jose Castillo Hernandez. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and relatives.
