It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Soto (Passaic, New Jersey), who passed away on March 1, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sibling Jose "Pepi" Soto. He is survived by: his spouse Betty (Cruz); his children, Louis Anthony (Heather) of Toms River and Jacqueline Susan of Keyport; and his sibling Nereida "Nellie" Figueroa (John) of California.
