He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt, Sr. Pace and Maude Pace; his siblings, Roosevelt Pace, Jr., Lee Pace, Lorenzo Pace, Nadine Pace (Williams), Mary Joyce Grant, Mildred Brooks and Marva Stowe; and his grandson Dwayne Thorpe, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Joann Pace (Pace); his children, Eugene, Darrell and Nicole; his son-in-law Dwayne Thorpe, Sr.; his grandchildren, Nadir, Nijjah, Dwaune, Ge'nia, Daijah, Daijon, D'Vonne, Imani, Devyn and Nasir; his siblings, Helen, Maude Stowe, Joe Lewis and Charlie Pace (Annie); and his siblings-in-law, Elmer Jr., John, Arthur (Lorraine), Jerome Simmons (Katherine), Arlene, Judy and Naomi (Roger). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
