He is survived by: his wife Carmen Cruz; his children, Marisol Cruz, Lizbeth Cruz, Michael Cruz, Jorge Cruz, Jr. and Amy Cruz; his grandchildren, Karina Cruz, Tony Cruz, Devin Blackman, Justin Blackman, Jaiden Quinones, Daniel Batista, Jonathan Batista and Michael A. Cruz; and his siblings, Gladys Cruz Colon, Radames Cruz Garcia, Ada Iris Cruz Garcia and Enrique Cruz Garcia.
