With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Javier Ortiz of Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on April 2, 2021 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his mother Aida Montañez; his girlfriend Melissa McDonald; his children, Javier L. Ortiz, Ashley Catala, Destinee Ortiz, Janiece Galarza, Isaiah Ortiz, Jaydan Montañez and Isabella Ortiz; his sisters, Mayra Leon, Aida Ivonne Ortiz and Sandra Montanez; and his stepchildren, Haley and Brianna. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help defer funeral expenses would be appreciated.
