He was predeceased by: his children, Leslie Jr. and Gerald Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Czarnecki); and his children, Brian E. of Colonia, NJ, Thomas Maat of Toms River, NJ, Peter Maat of Mahwah, NJ, Patricia Anne LaRocque of Toms River, NJ, Linda Marie Abourashed of Middlesex, NJ, Donna L. Blackman of Maple Shade, NJ and Christine M. Scott of New Milford, CT. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Gerald's name.
