We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2019, at the age of 84, Essie Robertson (Passaic, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Richard Watkins and Sally Watkins; her husband Mac Donald Robertson; her siblings, Alease Hand, Mary Jones, Anna Bethea and Ceaphus Watkins; and her daughters, Madeline Covington and Patricia Ann Mickey.
She is survived by: her brothers, Reverend Joseph Watkins (Mary "Pat" Watkins) of Maryland and Richard Thomas Watkins Jr; and her children, Ollie Johnson Jr (Tee Johnson) of Baltimore, Maryland, Joann Allen of Baltimore, Mary Francis Freeman (Larry Freeman), Esther Boone and Berniece Jones of Hagerston, Maryland. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
