He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee Shepperson Jr. and Delores Mary Day; and his siblings, Brian Shepperson, Karen and Valerie Shepperson.
He is survived by: his children, Latanya Shepperson Abdullah-Newark, Shonda Williams-Paterson, Joyce Shepperson-Teaneck, Edward Lee Shepperson IV-Passaic and Passaic Sean Griffin; and his sisters, Kathy Shepperson, Little Egg Harbor, Kim Shepperson and Richmond. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
