She was predeceased by: her husband Morris Lawrence; her parents, Bessie Owens Wilson and Edgar Wilson Sr.; her daughter Sarah L. Lawrence; and her siblings, Edgar Wilson Jr., James Albert Wilson and Francis W. Davis.
She is survived by: her daughter Alisa B. Sherion; her grandchildren, Julisa Lawrence, Jamal Lawrence, Tyheeema Lawrence, Danielle McM, Alexis Lawrence, Regina Lawrence, Josiah Lawrence and James Lawrence; her great grandchildren, James E. Lawrence Jr. and Jailyn Williams; her godmother Tawnya Best; and her pets, Boo Boo Wilson, Tinkerbell and Tyger Lawrence.
