She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Rembert and Elizabeth Rembert (Ervin); and her siblings, Elizabeth Alford, Patricia Rembert, Linda Jean Manuel-Drewey, Dorothy Rembert, Ernest Ervin, Richard and Johnny Rembert.
She is survived by: her nieces, Zequesha, Candies, Alicia, Cara and Lizzie; her nephew Shaheen; her son Timothy Rembert; her daughter-in-law Harriet; her grandchildren, Aneesah Walker and Tige Sturviant; her sisters, Pamela Holmes and Sheila Rembert; and her sister-in-law Sharon. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
