She was predeceased by: her husband Marino Grullon; her siblings, Segunda Caridad Goris, Esperanza Garcia and Prudencio Fernando Diaz; and her parents, Rafael Diaz and S. Mercedes Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her children, Miriam Martinez, Franklin Martinez, Marilyn Santana and Nelson Grullon; her siblings, Lydia Guzman, Christina Guitierrez (Isabel), Maria Ruiz, Jose Fidelio Diaz, Salvador Diaz, Miguel Diaz and Rafael Diaz; and her grandchildren, Caroline, Orlando, Jonathan, Lilianny, Franklin, Enmanuel, Ryan, Clarissa, Erika, Andrew, Nelson Jr., Niobe and Kaylei. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
