He was predeceased by: his father Albert Dennis Adams; and his brothers, Albert Petro and Daniel Adams. He is survived by: his wife Megan E.; his son Alexander K.; his mother Maureen Anne Monahan; and his grandmother Mary Funk. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
