He is survived by: his mothers, Igor Telepko and Anna Telepko; his wife Oksana Telepko; his daughters, Marta and Kaitlen; his sister Nataliya (Bohdan); his godchildren, Adrian, Solomiya, Maximillian and Oleh; and his sisters-in-law, Halyna and Myroslava.
