Lisankie II of Tampa, FL, Caroline Neff (Jack) of Weston, CT, Thomas Lisankie of Austin, TX and John Lisankie of Long Valley, NJ; her great grandchildren, John W. Neff III and Alexander R. Cignavitch; her husband Jerome R. Lisankie; and her daughter Loretta Cignavitch.
