He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Joe D'Amico, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Sandy; his brother-in-law Joe Varone of Point Pleasant; and his brothers, Joseph, Jr. of Longs, SC and Dean T. of Mt. Bethel, PA..
