She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Cohn and Beatrice Cohn. She is survived by: her husband Richard Parker; her children, Michael Parker (Randy Shreve), Dennis Parker (Tara) and Mindy Teresa (Frank); her grandchildren, Tyler, Julianna, Brandon Teresa, Sarah and Mia Parker; her close friend Dusty; and her brother Alan Cohn (Robin). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Janice.
