She was predeceased by: her brother Ganshyam P. Parikh. She is survived by: her husband Jayantbhai C. Desai; her sons, Binal J. Desai (Rakhi) of Parsippany and Smit J. Desai (Dhara) of Canada; her siblings, Janak P. Parikh of India, Gopal P. Parik of India and Chhaya G. Bumiya of India; and her grandchildren, Riya B. Desai, Krish B. Desai and Neil S. Desai.

Due to the Covid pandemic, the family has requested that all services and the cremation be held privately.
