She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Liginski and Dolores Liginski (Torrise); her sons, Victor, Alex and Manuel (Suqui); her daughters-in-law, Loren, Tamy and Ashley; and her grandchildren, Victoria, Christian, Sophia, Elijah, Alexa, Lucas and Emma.
Frances loved animals, especially dogs, generously donated to various Catholic charities and organizations, and enjoyed vacationing with her family, especially to the Bahamas.
