She was predeceased by: her spouse Giro Peter Pica (Jerry); her parents, Joseph Testa and Anna Rose Capetola (Rosie); her stepfather Anthony Capetola (Tony); her brothers, Rocco Capetola (Rocky), John Capetola and Joseph Capetola (Joey); and her daughter Mena.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Marie Derise; her son-in-law Thomas Edward; her granddaughter Gira Marie Derise Weaver; her grandson-in-law Patrick James; her great grandchild Cecily Rose Weaver; her brother Joseph Testa (Carmella); her sister-in-law Julianne; and her sisters, Antoinette Di Paolo, Anna Rogalski and Vincenza Mosulak (Winnie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their spouses as well as grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and three great-grandnieces.
