She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Spiankowski and Terry Spiankowski; and her sisters, Gail (Robert Williams) and Lillian Fernandez. She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her husband Victor Fernandez; her daughters, Nina Fernandez (Matthew Torres) and Lisa Guerra (Ernest); and her stepgrandsons, Anthony and Levi Guerra.

Donations in her name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
