With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carlos A. Ortiz-Rivera (Parsippany, New Jersey), who passed away on August 30, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Cecilia A. Rivera; and his children, Evelyn Rivera (Juan), Maria D. Rivera, Carlos M. Rivera (Stephanie), Edwin Rivera (Dawn), Antonio Rivera (Raquel), Alicia Rivera (Brenden), Freddy Braun (Sharyn) and Anneliese DeMagistris (Scott). He is also survived by 17 grandkids.
