He was predeceased by: his parents, James Toscano and Angelina Toscano; his fiancée Nancy Rubiano; and his siblings, Angelo Toscano and Louise Loria.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Sonny, Joe Toscano, Denise Bello, Renee Loria, Jeanine, Dennis, Sylena and Charles Angulo. He is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews as well as cousins, neighbors, friends.
