He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Hara and Helen O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Adele; his children, Theresa Kennedy (Iain), Dawn O'Hara and Thomas O'Hara (Tricia); and his granddaughter Lucia O'Hara Kennedy.
