He is survived by: his spouse Kelly; his sons, Nicholas, Anthony and Vincent; his father Stephen Fasullo; his mother-in-law Cheryl Williams; his sister Nicole; his brother-in-law Michael Rosa; his nephews, Brantley and Conor; his cousins, David, Chrissy McAndrew, Ashley, Danny Zeffiro, Bobby, Tara Gissubel, Jennifer, Kevin Kaniuk, Melissa and Steve Badrick; and his aunt Cheryl Gissubel.
