He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Maretz. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Maretz (Gail) of Monroe Twp and Jeff Maretz (Kathy) of South Port, NC; his grandchildren, Jesse, Brian and Erica; his sister Dorothy Jordan of Palm Harbor, FL.; and his pet Nala.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fords or any Humane Society of your choice.
