He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Chiofalo and Angela Chiofalo; and his brother Joseph Chiofalo. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Chiofalo (Giordano); his children, Michael Chiofalo, Linda Haug and Michaels (Jill); his grandchildren, Sergio (Pam), Samantha (Ron), Alexis, Daniella (Zack) and Erica; and his great grandchildren, Gio, Liam, Olive Claire, James Robert and Annabella Nicole. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
