He was predeceased by: his parents, Belisario Cervantes and Maria Cervantes; and his wife Betsaida. He is survived by: his children, Peter Cervantes of Brewster, NY, Betsey Cervantes of Brooklyn, NY and Migdalia Licitra (Joseph) of Parlin; and his grandchildren, Anissa, Jason, Sierra and Nicholas.
