She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Pelszynski; her parents, Harry Sullivan and Gladys Sullivan; and her brothers, Harry, John and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Laura (Gilbert Clark), Edward (Susan Pelszynski), Steven (Laura Pelszynski), William (Sharon Pelszynski), Daniel (Anh Pelszynski), Kathleen (Gregory Papp) and Mary (Clinton Speiser); and her sister Mary Ann Baxter. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, as well as many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in loving memory of Pat to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
