He is survived by: his wife Louisa Terrick of Siloam Springs, AR; his children, Joseph Terrick IV (Holly) of East Brunswick, NJ, Linda Terrick of Whitehall, PA and Denise Fowler (Brad) of Pryor, OK; his grandchildren, Danielle DeSilva, Penny Kay Polochak, Jennie Terrick, Christopher Reigota, Joseph, Jillian, Hope Terrick, Cherilyn Helman (Keith), Anthony Fowler (Cherish) and Tifani Fowler; and his great grandchildren, Liberty, Aria, Greyson, Madison, Daniel Joseph, Eastyn, Cedric, Godric, Kinsley and Kenneth Joe.
