He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Smith and Martha Lisiak Smith. He is survived by: his brother James M.; his siblings-in-law, Lois Ann (Delaney), James E., Chelsea Smith, Colleen Smith, Tom Gormley III, Kevin, Kelsey Smith and Maeve Gormley; and also, JoJo, Jack and Amanda Smith. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
