He was predeceased by: his wife Marylin Rudy; his parents, Joseph Rudy and Frances Rudy; his son Kenneth Rudy; and his son-in-law Hank Wortley.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Rudy (Kimberly) and Cynthia Wortley; his grandchildren, Henry Wortley, Joleen, Joey Tuberville, Joseph, Sara Rudy and Jordan Rudy; and his sister Alice Johnson. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
