With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose Alvarez Sr. of Parlin, New Jersey, who passed away on February 24, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Alvarez and Gregoria Alvarez; and his sisters, Carmen and Targelia. He is survived by: his wife Isabel; his children, Carlos (Deiby Alvarez), Silvia (Rudy Suazo), Jose Jr. (Katty Alvarez) and Marcos (Anita Alvarez); his grandchildren, Christopher, Katie (John), Gabrielle, Vivian (Christian Baez), Jonathan (Bryant), Nicholas, Lauren (Jordan), Natalie and Jocelyn (Curtis); and his brothers, Enrique Alvarez and Arturo Alvarez.
