He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Mary Donley (Warren), Dr. Paul Goszkowski (Lucy) and Dr. James Goszkowski (Helen); and his grandchildren, Brian, Carol, Robert, Adam and Hannah. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
