She was predeceased by: her husband Fred; her children, Kathleen Kilpatrick and Fred Kulesa Jr.; her parents, Stanley Chmura and Mary Chmura; and her sister Marie Olsen.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy; her son-in-law Frank Zuccaro; her siblings, Dorothy Suskevich and Leon; and her sister-in-law Clara Chmura. She is also survived by grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
