She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Petricek and Mary Ellen Petricek. She is survived by: her daughters, Kaitlyn and Carolyn; her husband Travis; her father-in-law Buddy; her siblings, Kathy, Coleen, Frankie and Johnny; her siblings-in-law, Leslie and Tracy; her uncle Kevin; her nieces, Jessie, Missy, Karleigh, Abby and Aubrey; and her nephew Alec. She is also survived by cousins, grandnieces and a grandnephew.
