He was predeceased by : his parents, Sadie Zawartkay and Stephen Zawartkay; his brother Robert; his nephew Stephen; and his niece Kelly.
He is survived by : his wife Janice Zawartkay; his children, Robert, Steven (Carolyn), David and Sarah (Lou); his siblings, James (Ethel), Kathleen, Barbara and Patrick (Maxine); and his grandchildren, Steven, Kayla, Xavier and Sophia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and dear friends.
