He was predeceased by: his parent Christian Van Den Heuvel; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his mother Hope Salimone; his daughter Shelly; his siblings, Ernest Van Heuvel and Johanna Janovic (Todd); and his significant other Rebecca Harris. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
