He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron and Millie Hurwitz. He is survived by: his wife Norma Hurwitz; his daughters, Allison Hurwitz and Wendy Hurwitz Kushner; his sons-in-law, Jeff Dubin and Michael Kushner; and his granddaughters, Ariella and Maya Kushner. He is also survived by his family, friends.
