He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred and Ann; his siblings, Anthony, Vera and Marie; his wife Barbara; and his children, Matthew, Jim (Beth) and Lynn Bentzen (Tom). He was also cherished by four grandchildren and one great grandson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc. (403 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (324 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071). A committal service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
