He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Sheppard and Ortola Haynes of Virginia; his children, Roy B Sheppard III (Judy), Kim Sheppard Mandarino (Joe) and Mark Clark Sheppard (Amalia); his son-in-law Joe; his grandson Mark; his wife Diane Clark; his grandchildren, Stephen (Amy), David, Scot (Kristen), Lee (Eleana) and Ileana; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Benjamin, Parker and Theodore.
