He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Fontaine, and Robert Fontaine, Sr.; and his brothers, Robert E. Fontaine, Jr. and Roger D. Fontaine. He is survived by: his wife Janet Leeds; his daughter Amber Collins (Clarence); his grandchildren, Zakari, Madeline and Baylin; his sisters, Renee Phillips (Gary), Sherry Waltz and Lina Sheets (Allen); and his siblings-in-law, Pam Vargason, Debra Eiswerth, Miktoria Sobel (Steve) and Gail Leeds (Eric). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
