He was predeceased by: his significant other Ruth Perry; and his siblings, Jack Bellinato, Carol Marino and Elizabeth Lombardo (Betty). He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Dunn (Joe), Laura Black, Diane Risoldi (Ryan) and Linda Munsey (Dave); his son-in-law Jim Black; his grandchildren, Nicole, Kaitlyn, Kara, Jonathan, Victoria, Michael, Madelaine and Julianna; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Jaci, Emilio and Soli.
In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Phil's memory may be made to The Jersey Shore Dream Center.
