He is survived by: his significant other Sarah; his children, Katherine T. Costello, Eileen M. Jennerich (James), Marie A. Costello, William P. Costello and Frank T. Costello; his grandchildren, Aidan, Sean, Dillon, Austin and Brady; and his sisters, Phyllis and Margaret.
