With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn Dicus of Paramus, New Jersey, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Manspeaker and Mary Pauline Manspeaker; and her sister Patsy Jean Weiss. She is survived by: her children, Mark Dicus (Maggie) and Jennifer Wolf (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Brian and Madelyn.
